By visiting our website and sending us an enquiry for the travel service you require we will e-mail you a quotation with itinerary or booking information.
The response time to enquiries vary depending on availability but on average a client can expect a response within 15 minutes from submitting an enquiry.
Once you confirm that the service is correct and agree to the price quoted we will e-mail you a link from where you will submit your credit card details and process the payment.
All bookings are issued electronically and a voucher or itinerary is issued. This will be e-mailed to you.
In order to change a booking or itinerary once issued and billed you will need to e-mail your Experttravel consultant, and as per the charges already conveyed during the booking stage, they will give you a costing for the change if there is one. Once you agree to the charges a link with the invoice amount will be e-mailed to you and you can pay for the change there.
Cancellations will be done according to the policy communicated to you during the booking stage. The charges will be relayed to you and once confirmed cancellation and refund will be processed.
